SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • ​​​48 Hour delivery (If ordered by 3pm Monday-Friday ) - £3.50

  • Next day delivery By 12pm next day ( If ordered by 3pm Monday - Thursday ) - £5.00

  • Spend £40 Free next day delivery ( If ordered by 3pm Monday - Friday )- Free

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are a customer in the UK, you get 30 calendar days under law to cancel your order if you change your mind.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return / cancel your order. The cancellation period starts from when you receive your products. ​

  • If you receive a faulty product you have the right to return and get a refund.

  • Returned Products should be sent back to us in their original condition and with tags still attached.

  • Returned Products must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All Products are inspected on return.

  • Pierced jewellery can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker has not been removed and all tags remain.

  • Returned shoes must not have been worn outside

We will not accept returned Products that have any signs of having been worn or washed, including if the product is stained (make up , fake tan , perfume ect) .
